About our facility
We are a banquet facility that can accommodate any size event from 100 to 600 guests. Wedding packages include full catering service and banquet items like china, silverware and linens, as well as a skirted head table. Table settings are available to fit any theme. Couples can choose from several wedding packages, along with a cocktail hour and bar service throughout the wedding. Menus feature homemade Italian-American food made from family recipes that have been passed along through generations.
Banquet managers help couples plan every detail desired for your wedding. Wedding packages also include a large dance floor, dimmable chandelier lighting, complimentary wireless internet service, house sound system, background music and audio communication technology at no charge.
Indoor or outdoor ceremony
Bella Vita Banquet's Outside Garden Pergola just outside of Grace Hall is the perfect setting for your ceremony. Beautiful landscaping and a waterfall surround the nuptials as couples make their vows. We are also fully equipped to provide a beautiful indoor ambiance if you choose or in case of inclement weather. And NEW for 2019 - our 2nd ceremony site just outside of Lorenzo Hall features a stamped concrete aisle, rustic Wedding Arch and build in bench seating. A perfect compliment to the rustic barn-wood features of Lorenzo Hall.
• The Lorenzo Hall, which is one of our main halls, has 6,400 square ft. of uninterrupted space and features a barn wood wall, a private full scale sit down bar and stage. The hall is located off of the main entrance and accommodates 250 guests.
• The Philemena Hall, our second hall, has 5,800 square ft. of room and can comfortably accommodate 240 guests. It is also located off of the main entrance.
• The Grace Hall, our third hall, has 5,200 square ft. of room and includes a private entrance located on the south side of the building near our new outside garden ceremony area. This space also includes private restrooms, bar, stage area, and can accommodate 220 guests.
Our bridal suites are connected to our halls, the bride and her bridal party can comfortably get ready and relax in our spacious rooms.
We tout and stock popular brands in our bar for party ready bar service as an option for our bridal party and their guests. Let's get the party started! Our Open Bar includes: Martinis, Old Fashioneds, Mixed Drinks, Domestic Beer and Wine. All bar stock liquor is used including Titos Vodka, Bacardi Rum, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Seagram's 7 Whiskey, J Bavet Brandy, Southern Comfort, Call Bourbon. Minimum of 2 hours open bar and 1 bartender is provided per 75 guests.
Shuttle service available to transport you, your bridal party or guests to and from your ceremony, pictures or hotels within a 15 mile radius of Bella Vita. Our shuttle can accommodate up to 14 passengers. Service must be requested 14 days in advance.
